Strong focus on communication, as we all understand the importance of nurturing these relationshiops. Regular meetings, informal/formal discussions and our business consultant is an integral member of our team.
What do you place most importance on within the business?
Our Top 6 Traits which are who we are and what we are all about. Family, Precision, Organisation, Teamwork, Positive Attitude and Trust. When each of these is 'on track' we find all areas of the business are balanced and working well.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
With multiple lease and sharemilking contracts. Not far from our dream of owing our own farm.
